泌尿系統疾病包括各種與尿道、輸尿管、膀胱等器官相關的疾病，亦與男性生殖系統有關。此類疾病非常普遍，對患者的情緒和社交帶來極大困擾，影響其生活質量，亦為社會帶來重大的醫療開支。香港中文大學香港中西醫結合醫學研究所聯同香港中西醫結合醫學會舉辦是次研討會，盼望能匯聚此範疇的臨床西醫和中醫師、護士、專家及研究人員，分享現時最新的診斷和治療方法，近期研究成果及探討如何以中西醫結合治療的模式提供臨床服務。

Urological disorders are diseases of the urinary tract and male reproductive organs, which can affect patients psychologically, socially and their quality of life, resulting in heavy medical burden to the society. In light of this, Hong Kong Institute of Integrative Medicine(HKIIM), CUHK and Hong Kong Association for Integration of Chinese-Western Medicine(HKAIM) have jointly organized this symposium, bringing together Western medicine clinicians, Chinese medicine practitioners, Nurses, experts and researchers in this field, to share the latest development of the diagnostic methods and treatments of urological disorders. It is a golden opportunity to get updated the most recent research findings, as well as the prospect on the practicalities of an integrative model on these problems.
